Resumen
The present work had as thematic applied monitoring in science education. Monitoring is a way to awake the interest of students to the content covered in Science discipline, and deepen and try to resolve the difficulties of the students regarding the class worked on content. With the objective of complementing the teaching action, proposing new forms of assistance to the students, as well as propose new teaching methodologies. In data collection, the following strategies were used: participant observation, voice recordings and questionnaires. Data analysis was done by content analysis and meaningful speech. Monitoring sought the understanding of science content through methodologies and differentiated teaching strategies, thus making them more attractive and motivating content, which could be observed by analyzing the data, that monitoring and the use of recreational objects, increased interest and assimilation of content making it more understandable and facilitating the teaching-learning process.
