Resumen
Currently many researches have been made at the biomechanics area and applied to dental prosthetics aiming to improve the assembly, and then, trying to mitigate premature wear problems, which can be caused by geometric imperfections in the crown base, and fillers, or unsuitable torques which effectively induces to an opening of the components. (crown\implant) (LOPES JUNIOR, 2012). Such efforts can generate high stresses on the prosthesis assembly, causing damage to it, and as result, pain, infections and discomfort (GOMES, 2016). The research point is to validate a tension methodology for the set implant/crown/screw, capable of analyzing the influence of angular mismatches, different levels of torque and Von Mises tensions caused in the set. To this proposal, a model to validate this will be created on the SolidWorks, which will undergo compression by a preload established by calculation to generate the desired torque. In this model, simulations will be made, from them will be checked if the response of the analytical model is analogous to the numerical model and therefore, if such tightening model can be implemented for analysis in the set to conduct tests on set on the influence of angular mismatches, torque, chewing load and the stresses of Von Mises generated compression by a preload established by calculation to generate the desired torque.
