Análise da qualidade da energia em instalações elétricas alimentadas por grupo gerador

Abstract

The main objective of this paper is to analyze the electric power supplied by the utility, and by generator groups responsible for feeding commercial facilities at the utility‟s peak hours. Study regarding voltage regulator, speed, harmonics and generator characteristics will be addressed and used so that it is possible to understand the interferences in the utility grid and of the generator. The data will be acquired through a real sample, through the use of metering equipment during the feeding of a comercial plant by the concessionaire, and by the generator, obtaining data referring to the electric quantities such as frequency, voltage variation, power factor and harmonic distortions. Operating conditions, with loads used, parameters and factors influencing these parameters will be evaluated, in order to verify if the parameters present the adequate quality. With the use of graphics provided by the equipment used, the comparison of the data was performed separately, however, seeking to relate the interference between them, providing at the end the opinion regarding the use of generator sets.
