Abstract

In a corporate environment, several conditions can influence the decision of making a strategic business movement or not. These conditions are subdivided into: conditions of macro environment (or general environment); and microenvironment conditions (or, task environment). The purpose of this work is to analyze a specific condition of macro environment, the legal condition (and in this condition, more specifically the influence of the reform of the labor code in the decisions of the company). In fact, we will verify how such condition can influence the determination of business strategy. In this context, there are several issues that can be formulated to better understand the content of such condition (legal). Those issues can help identify trends, threats, and opportunities (of this legal condition) só that we can get a true picture of the legal landscape facing the corporation.
