Resumen
This work has as main objective to verify the level of know ledge through questionnaires given to high school students, related to basic knowledge onorganic and conventional agriculture, intending to show the benefits that organic agriculture can offer to the community settlement of the Movement of Landless Rural Workers, located in the neighborhood Orangery as well as answer questions on the subject of urban school students, with the target audience of high school students Itinerant School Valmir Mota de Oliveira and high school students from State College Rui Barbosa-EFMP, in the Municipality of Jacarezinho-PR, to implement some fundamentals of agroecology in family farming, allowing small producers, the sons off armers and consumers a better clarification on the subject, demonstrating the advantages of harvesting and consuming products healthy without chemical residues, with rapid productivity and profitability. Data analysis was conducted by surveying, interpretation and codification of answers on the subject. Through a simple questionnaire regarding basic knowledge about organic farming, conventional production methods and preferably about this practice yielded results generally un satisfactory, both in school and in the field of urban school. It is intended through literature reviews and information obtained in surveys with students, the achievement of key data and key points for attitude changes that occur in the productions, informed and discerning clientele, with the intention to serve as a parameter for future projects Environmental Education and Family Farming.
