Abstract

Everyday people suffer some kind of accident and need to be rescued, whether by trauma of a fall, a car accident or even a fire. In order to call for help, people usually make a phone call to the emergency medical services (fire department, Emergency Mobile Service) to inform them and wait for help. However, this telephone service is inaccessible to people who are unable to speak or listen. In this sense, in order to enable these people to make contact with care organs, emergency situations and urgency, the purpose of this project is a mobile application that allows the hearing impaired to communicate through text messaging and sending their GPS location of your smartphone.
