Animação sobre transtorno de ansiedade

Abstract

This research presents the data of the project entitled “Animation About Anxiety Disorder”, with the purpose of creating a video that will alert and inform about several points of the disorder, focused both on individuals who suffer with anxiety, as well as people who live with they. For this, a methodological approach is used, guided by the practices of the Double Diamond Method, with the objective of conducting an in-depth research of Anxiety, a problem that has become common in the university environment. According to a survey by ANDIFES, about 30% of students at Federal Universities seek psychological help. The aim will be to document the causes and effects and generate alternatives with the aid of animation to somehow try to minimize this situation.
