A importância da educação ambiental no ensino de ciências

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the trajectory of Science Teaching in Brazil, as well as the route of Environmental Education, focusing on the importance of environmental education within the field of Science Education. Through a literature review, it was found the contents that curricular parameters determine as issues to be teach to students, as well as the knowledge that students and the public need to have in order to be responsible citizens, critical and concerned about environmental issues.
