Otimização no canteiro de obra, utilizando o método do lean construction

Abstract

The philosophy Lean Construction is a recent adaptation of industrial concepts for the construction industry. In Brazil, this method has increased, thereby increasing the number of fans. In assessing the deferent types of works in the construction sector, one can see numerous both productive and managerial problems that generate waste, delay the deadlines previously combined and high cost of the project. The study aims to diagnose the maturity of Lean Construction, subsequently evaluate the stage that the company meets the Lean concepts. The proposed model is based in the eleven principles of Lean Construction defined by Lauri Koskela. For the analysis, we performed a case study applied in two different construction companies in order to identify the presence of principles. This work then, and contribute to the theme of proliferation itself also has a feedback to companies about how much is for the company's philosophy.
