Abstract

The present work presents a theoretical reflection on the importance of aesthetic discourse in children's literary texts. It presents initially a critical review of the history of children's literature, according to Lajolo & Zilberman (2007) to characterize the elements of aesthetic discourse were studied theorists as: Perotti (1986), Rezende and Sadroni (in SERRA, 2001) was also made a detailed analysis of the differences between aesthetic discourse and utilitarian and utilitarian discourses "backwards" , in addition to pointing out the presence of aesthetic discourse in Daniel Munduruku's Kabá Darebu.
