Habitação de interesse social e certificação AQUA: bairros e loteamentos: análise do plano de ocupação integrado Campo de Santana - Curitiba/PR através dos indicadores da qualidade ambiental do bairro (AQB).

Abstract

The monograph presents a study in the field of social interest housing with focus on urban planning and sustainability, that involves the work of the Companhia de Habitação Popular (Popular Housing Company) of Curitiba (COHAB-CT) and the production of housing to meet part of the existing housing deficit. Presents a historical overview of housing policy and the current situation. Shows possibilities and limitations of the COHAB-CT activity before the logic of urban growth. Analyzes the thematic approach of the AQUA - Districts and Subdivisions certification, within the reality of social interest housing, and uses it as a tool for the analysis of the object of study: the proposal for a plan of territorial occupation to an area located in the Campo de Santana district, elaborated by the COHAB-CT along with other departments of the Municipal Government of Curitiba, in partnership with the private sector. As a result, evaluates the applicability of the indicators of the certification for the case study object as well as for the social interest housing segment, and outlines possibilities for application on COHAB-CT's future proposals.
