Análise de viabilidade econômica da Implantação de uma fábrica de tijolos solo-cimento

Abstract

The objective of this article is to analyze the economic viability of the implantation of a soil-cement brick factory. The research is characterized as a case study, using primary and secondary data collection techniques. In order to reach the results, the Multi-Indexed Expanded Methodology (MMIA) was used as a tool for quantitative analysis via the web application $ɅVPI (System of Economic Feasibility Analysis of Investment Projects). It was sought to answer the following question: Would it be economically viable to invest in a soil-cement brick factory? It was thus seen that in this Investment Project (IP) the return is considered excellent, where for each R$ 1.00 invested, a return of R$ 5.42 is obtained, in addition to the risks of low levels, with Payback in 16 months, and the significant elasticity completes the opinion, where the cash flow can fall to 81.55%, which leaves the project in comfortable parameter for investment from the economic point of view.
