Manutenção industrial mecânica: estudo de caso sobre a gestão da manutenção

Abstract

This exploratory case study has as main objective, the proposition of a management model for the industrial mechanical maintenance process of an Industry located in the southwest of Paraná. Through the detailing of the manufacturing process and equipment utilized by the company, a model of equipment registration, service orders and maintenance plan are presented. Aiming to minimize the corrective maintenances in the company’s equipment, that cost more and decreases its productive capacity. This form of management organizes and register the activities of the process so that the activities can be monitored through the analysis of performance indicators like availability and medium time between failures. With this analysis, we can stablish target values to the company activities, where the cost of maintenance do not be higher than the cost of the availability of the equipment.
