Pregão: vantagens e desvantagens para a administração pública

Abstract

This thematic study was to address the advantages and disadvantages to the use of Public Administration of the bidding modality called trading. For this purpose, we performed a literature search. Initially, traced to a history of auctions in Brazil, based on existing legislation, after the bidding modalities were presented and then the floor was covered and their characteristics. In the sequel we reported the advantages and disadvantages of the use of trading, with considerations on the use made of the trading session and finally concluded that the best positioning for the use of trading.
