Análise da manutenção em disjuntores subestação 230kV utilizando os conceitos da MCC

Abstract

By following a few specific steps (RCM - Reliability Centered Maintenance), with the objective of analyzing programming and maintenance in the 230kV substation, showing the difficulties encountered in performing the maintenance plans and discovering the cause of the failures, this study proposes a simple approach of a real situation, and how the negotiation can be carried out, and through this model to extend the study to all equipment. In many situations the solution is not simple and the search for the best maintenance plan is not easy, but as shown through MCC, using the FMECA tool in many cases it is possible to break the problem down to its root causes and finally apply a corrective maintenance, preventive, predictive or in many cases like the study propose the analysis of interventions in the maintenance plan.
