Resumen
The following work aims to develop a didactic automation for laboratory use. Consist in a system for recyclable sample materials sorting associated, its components where designed with computational modeling and addictive manufacture. The programming was made using the Grafcet methodology and Ladder language. A SCADA supervisory system was developed. The functioning and assembly of the workbench, which have two pneumatic rails for cartesian movement, a vertical piston and a suction cup, where programmed. It is explicated the compressed air system layout, list of electronics components and the development of the supervisory system. At the end of this work, it was possible to provide the workbench for practical classes of pneumatic, programming devices, automation and related classes.
