Análise da acessibilidade externa nas edificações públicas do município de Pato branco - Paraná: estudo de caso

Abstract

This research aims to analyze qualitatively how accessibility standards are being met in public buildings in the city of Pato Branco - PR, considering the NBR 9050 and what the Statute of the Person With Disabilities of the state of Parana, sanctioned by the Governor by the Law 18,419/2015 says, which deals with guidelines in areas such as health, education, professional training, work, social assistance and accessibility, providing social and economic welfare to people with disabilities. In this scope, a literature review on the topic accessibility was developed, taking into account the criteria of NBR 9050: Accessibility to buildings, furniture, equipment and urban spaces (2004). After that, a real public places situation study was conducted in places as: FORUM, City Hall, Gymnasium, Health Unit, Central Square, Banco do Brasil and Caixa Economica Federal, Catholic Church and La Salle School of the city of Pato Branco - PR, seeking to make a picture of the current accessibility in construction.
