Desmistificação da relação entre moda e homossexualidade

Abstract

This paper discusses the relationship between fashion and homosexuality and also presents some thoughts about this relationship. Currently discussions involving sexuality has gain some strength, fueled by numerous inquiries and various areas of knowledge, such as sociology and philosophy. The fashion phenomenon that covers many other areas, such as communication and symbolism is one of the perspectives that can be taken to address this issue. The objective of this pape is to understand the relationship between fashion and homosexuality and adjacent matters to this relationship. Therefore, a theoretical research which seeks to support this problem has developed, an interview with a particular sample of individuals as reinforcement to the study and finally, the construction of a mark based on the study developed. Through this study, it can be seen that the issues surrounding sexuality and gender form a front of sensitive issues and still under discussion, but fell to the study, foster the discussion and present a new look at the relationship between fashion and homosexuality.
