Resumen
The globalized and increasingly competitive world, demands from organizations a high flexibility and rapid adaptability of their processes, products and services, being necessary the intensification of continuous improvement, which should be used as a foundation for the achievement of goals and the achievement of objectives, aiming at the lowest possible cost, as well as the best delivery time for the demands generated. Given this scenario, it focused on evaluating the best alternative for increasing capacity in the process of impregnating coiled stators, used in electric motors of the company in question. The studied impregnation line is intended to impregnate all coiled stators produced from carcasses 225 and 250, that will be provided for the assembly of engines. Studying, analyzing and evaluating the best productive flow and the best cost-benefit ratio for training will be the specific objectives of this work. During development, Value Stream Mapping (MFV) was used to identify opportunities for improvement, as well as chronoanalysis to analyze current machine loads. The collection of information and data from the people involved in the process were part of the scope, as well as the search in the specific bibliography to generate a theoretical framework that could support the research project. The use of the Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA) test, to define the current and proposed curing temperature in various parts regions, was used, where samples with the same characteristics were selected and thermocouples were introduced, together with the internal temperatures of the oven. By the same method used in the pieces. In the course of the study, waste and losses were identified in the process, the most significant being linked to unnecessary movements (displacement of operators and material handling with forklifts), and desaturation and disorganization in the workplace (impregnation greenhouses). Among the proposals studied, the solution that presented the best cost-benefit ratio, accounted for the reduction of two operators, together improved the process flow by significantly optimizing the movements (materials, people and forklifts), which represented a real annual gain of R$ 76,629.39, with the organization of the workstation the value was R$ 19,378.61, totaling an annual return of R$ 96,008.00, for the company, without the need for investments for the implementation. By stressing all possibilities, as a result, in addition to the financial gains and the reduction of waste, greater mastery and knowledge about the variables and technical characteristics of the impregnation process was obtained, therefore, the objectives were achieved with excellence.
