Comparação de produção de frangos de corte em diferentes tipologias de aviários

Abstract

This work aims to compare through data, the effect of the rearing system (positive pressure and negative pressure), lineage (Cobb, Hubbard Flex and Hubbard Flex / Cobb), season (summer and winter) and year (2013 to 2017) on broiler performance using the following variables: feed conversion (CA), average daily weight gain (GMPD), productive efficiency index (IEP), average exit weight (PM) and mortality. For this analysis we used data from 2013 to 2017, provided by a company located in the interior of São Paulo, with information from sixteen positive-pressure and thirteen negative-pressure poultry, all lots being mixed. The negative pressure system shows the best result in all variables analyzed, one Hubbard Flex stood out among the others, with the best CA, GMPD, IEP and PM, a better performing winter season CA, GMPD and IEP, and evolution of the years presented better zootechnical performance for broilers. Thus, it is clear that the best broiler breeding system was the negative pressure system, the Hubbard Flex strain and the winter season.
