Proposta de uma ferramenta para data analytics na estratégia de operações

Abstract

Faced with digital transformation that should impact all markets in the coming years, technology in operations becomes essential for an enterprise to remain competitive in its market. Using data analytics, the study aims to develop a data visualization tool to support decision-making related to the location of Tecverde Engenharia's Real Estate projects. A variety of indicators was synthesized through the Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) and classified into interest groups, serving as a basis for the company's operations strategy. The project success criteria were established based on the performance objectives related to the speed, flexibility and cost of the tool application.
