Resumen
In search of better living conditions, Haitians begin to migrate to Brazil, with better job expectations and a better quality of life than their country of origin, and in this scenario they are inserted in the Brazilian labor market. With the phenomenon of globalization, personal ties have been strengthened, territorial spaces have been enlarged and possibilities of interaction between cultures have intensified. Therefore, this study sought to discuss interculturality in organizations and their direct and impactful relationship with work, presenting some elements and implications regarding the management of interculturality. With the objective of analyzing the process of insertion of Haitian workers in relation to the main challenges and opportunities for the management in people with the inclusion of foreign workers in the area of production in companies of Sudoeste Paranaense and West Catarinense. Since this phenomenon occurs, it is necessary to study the companies in this region, in order to better understand this mutation in the labor market, thus occurring to the need to observe, identify and study the main intercurrences of the insertion of Haitians. This study contributes to the understanding of dynamics that involve migratory flows and the adequacy of these workers to the Brazilian and local labor market. The research of the present study was carried out in Industries located in the southwest region of Paraná and west of Santa Catarina, the research being descriptive-exploratory, also characterized as a case and field study. Regarding data collection, this was done through semi-structured interviews with Brazilian managers. Subsequently, the analysis of the data was carried out a content analysis. Managing people and their differences will always be a challenge for organizations, understanding the culture and its particularities demands time and robust planning to manage and achieve good results, since, it is an extremely complex process, as it is confronted with expectations of people, where they bring with them their professional and personal limits and possibilities. However, organizations can take advantage of the ideas, experiences and experiences of these foreign workers and value their contributions by learning from them.
