Educação de jovens e adultos: perspectivas e possibilidades

Abstract

This work had as its theme the education of young people and adults in a historical and prognostic perspective. Based on the knowledge of the historical roots of Brazilian education and the current scenario of youth and adult education in the country, also considering the failures of education systems and policies, ways are presented for teaching work based on the analysis of Curricula destined to EJA and also in the profile of the students of this modality of education. In the last topic we make some considerations about the future of the service to young people and adults in Brazil based on the National Curriculum Guidelines of the EJA and the National Plan of Education of the present decade. The methodology used was the bibliographic review.
