Análise de resultados benchmarks para escalonamento de tarefas de tempo real em máquinas heterogêneas

Abstract

To evaluate a real-time task scheduler for embedded and heterogenous system, it is necessary to generate task sets for this process. This research work presents a comparative analysis among the following task generating tools: Task Graph for Free (TGFF), Embedded System Synthesis Benchmarks Suite (E3S), and UUniFast. To compare the tools, each tool’s characteristics were found in the literature. Therefore, questions like task types, customizing of the generating algorithms, parameters to generate the tasks, among others. Finally, the findings are described, stating that each task generating tool has its own purpose.
