Resumen
The objective of this work is to list the main occupational hazards to which the workers of the mechanized pylon taipa technique are exposed, through the survey, observation and simulation of some processes inherent in this technique. Pylon mudstone is a millenarian constructive technology, used in Brazil in the Colonial era, basically consisting of erecting buildings using compacted earth. Civil construction, one of the most aggressive sectors for the environment, invested in clean and sustainable technologies, one of which was the re-signification of pylon mud - a technique that has already been used in developed countries and begins its new diffusion process in Brazil. This technique has several benefits, in addition to respect for the environment, the constructions in taipa are economic, have good environmental quality and great durability. However, little is known about the safety of the workers involved in the machined pylon machining processes. This research aims to analyze the risks to which these workers are exposed, through an APR (Preliminary Risk Analysis), as well as to propose methods of accident prevention, preserving the physical integrity of the workers of this constructive technology that tends to be disseminated every time more Brazil aside. What has been concluded in this research is that the predominant risks are similar to traditional construction techniques. However, some steps present worrying risks, such as mechanized piling, which exposes the compactor operators to high vibration and noise levels, and it is necessary to propose mitigating measures.
