Resumen
Construction planning, as well as manual budgeting of materials and services, is subject to human error. When this activity is performed with the aid of some software, this type of failure tends to decrease. The general objective of this work is to electronically simulate the construction of a condominium of 4 terraced houses, generating quantitative and timelines. The work was developed through the modeling of an architecture project of each single family unit as well as the development of the respective complementary projects. Subsequently, it was made the research and selection of unit cost compositions in sources such as TCPO 14. With this it was possible to register the compositions in the design software and link the compositions to the constructive elements, allowing to reach the quantities of materials and hand inputs. of work. The next step was to work all this information generated in Autodesk Revit®, with the purpose of treating it and turning it into a spreadsheet that allows you to provide bill of materials, the final value of the service, the amount of hours / man and price the building materials in the city and the cost of labor to perform the services. After handling and supplementing the information extracted from Autodesk Revit® with market and labor data, we arrived at a work schedule and final values for each service. This last two pieces of information were registered in the MS Project planning software. From this it was necessary to link the physical / financial planning to each building element of the work. To do this, Autodesk Navisworks® software was used to generate the BIM 5D. The results of the work consisted of the architectural and complementary projects for the residences mentioned, the construction schedule that lasted 367 days, requiring an investment of R$ 493,384.62, for all residential units, the 5D schedule resulted in a video 60 seconds and 1442 images that virtually simulate the development of the work.
