Resumen
The aim of this work was to raise management factors establishing organizational alignment of companies on the pulp and paper industry in the State of Paraná. Therefore, a research in 40 (forty) medium and large-sized enterprises was carried out. The characterization and the frequency with which management factors such as: market research, strategic planning, communication, leadership, management development, among others, present in the management and administration of the company, were analyzed. The methodology used for the descriptive analysis was qualitative / quantitative. The research pondered about the values and practices commonly used in running business management. The results were correlated with models currently in use by organizations, and at the same time, comparisons between horizontal and vertical ordered surveyed companies aiming to highlight the main factors present in the pulp and paper industry in the State of Paraná. The factors commonly used in relation to the results of productivity were gotten from correlations and specific analyses. That correlation set a model of organizational alignment, structured from the scoring results of each company itself and the average overall industry results. Thus, the proposed alignment model reflects the running of large and medium-sized enterprises, according to management factors establishing alignment. The results reveal a set of factors that are present in a successful business process, characterized by basic cultural influences, market opportunities, a leadership that can make managers more sensible through communication, planning and standardization of activities that lead to the routine control and the ability to overcome problems arising from operational activities. All the above mentioned allow better tune in the mission conduction, which reflects sync and standardization of activities, routine management, and synergy in the results, giving the market a more effective answer and selfperpetuating in business.
