Resumen
The present course completion work aims to develop an industry of cleaning products. The choice of the industry, named Ecogenie, was based on the economic growth of the segment due to the Covid-19 pandemic, along with environmental concern in industrial processes, enabling a lower impact on the environment from the choice of raw material to the disposal of waste in the public sewage network. Current data were collected, with representative graphs, showing how much this segment stood out in the productive market. With these data, the products of the industry were defined: bar soap, detergents and disinfectants. 14,240 kg of bar glycerin soap, 87,120 L of liquid dishwashing detergent, 43,560 L of concentrated detergent, 1,980 L of enzymatic liquid detergent and 83,920 L of disinfectants in eucalyptus, citronella and lavender fragrances will be produced per month. From the choice of the production branch, it was defined that the installation of the industry will be in Umuarama-PR, because it is a city that cares about enterprises and economic development, with a target audience in domestic, hospital and commercial environments. In addition, the stages of production of the products were defined, and the mass and energy balances of all the raw materials involved in the process were carried out. Subsequently, the necessary equipment for Ecogenie was dimensioned and the layout of the company was defined. Finally, the financial analysis of the investment was made through the parameters of NPV, TMA, IRR, payback and equilibrium point and it was concluded that it would be profitable and would have a positive financial return between the third and fourth year
