Proposta de padronização dos procedimentos e gerenciamento do departamento de manutenção de uma empresa de pneus: estudo de caso

Abstract

The present study aims to analyze, identify and propose a structure of the Maintenance Department of the Tire manufacturer in Brazil, to facilitate the process of managing and understanding of basic flowcharts interaction of the Department and also assist in the implementation of dedicated Software for maintenance. The development of this work was carried out through the method of case study, where we used qualitative research to gather information and data analysis were used analytical research, direct observation and analysis of documents. The results obtained were transformed into standardized structures to facilitate the implementation and installation of Software Maintenance.
