Estudo do impacto da eficiência energética em refrigeradores no sistema elétrico brasileiro

Abstract

This work presents a study of the impact of energy efficiency in domestic refrigerators in the Brazilian electric system. Discusses programs to encourage energy efficiency, efficiency standards, energy efficiency concepts, labeling, seal Procel and the Brazilian electric system. Presents procedures for testing efficiency taken from ISO 7371, ISO 8187 and ISO 8561, and shows a sample test of an 1995 refrigerator. Complemented by research and data collected of government agencies, the study found, through equations and tables of the energy efficiency of refrigerator surveyed, the consumption of a standard refrigerator for the years of 1999, 2000 and 2011, refrigerators with one door, combined and frost free, showing a significant improvement in the efficiency of all models and a reduction of energy consumption through this efficiency.
