Determinação de equações paramétricas para elaboração de estimativas preliminares de custos de instalações sanitárias de esgoto residenciais

Abstract

There are several methods to budget a work. In this study, the focus was the parametric method, in order to provide indicators which will help to collect quantitatives of residential sewage projects, contributing to the preliminary residential sewage facilities costs estimation. To generate indicators, was collected the quantitatives of 30 residential sewage facilities projects in medium and high standard apartments. These quantitatives were organized by different diameters and connection type, providing indicators for each one. After that, a comparison using the indicactors generated in this study and the analytical method was made, from a project not included on the previous collection. In this way, it can be concluded that the indicators generated with the highest reliability level are those for 40mm pipes and connections, showing determination coefficient values above that considered acceptable.
