Análise comparativa de contratos de energia no ambiente de contratação regulado versus ambiente de contratação livre

Abstract

This research presents a comparative analysis between the different energy contracting markets available in Brazil, focusing on the development of the analysis in potentially free units in the state of Santa Catarina. It discusses the particularities of the Brazilian electricity sector, the concepts of captive (regulated) and free market besides comparing the financial result in both markets considering the energy values practiced according to the hiring range. Considering the energy performance of the three consumer units analyzed, the research results in the financial analysis considering possible variations of consumption after the contracting of energy in both scenarios.
