Análises de confiabilidade e capabilidade aplicadas a parafusadeiras industriais do tipo pistola à bateria

Abstract

This work aims to propose a maintenance strategy of an industrial battery powered pistol type nutrunner, based on a combination between reliability analysis and machine capability tests. At first the main concepts of bolted joint assembly process were studied, as well the fastening tools. Then the theory of maintenance and reliability is exposed. After that, data are acquired by experimentation and, after quantitatively analyzed, these data result on a maintenance strategy.
