Abstract

This work has the theme address the issue the proclamation as bidding method, focusing on the research with regard to Law No. 8666 of June 21, 1993, relating to bids and Law No. 10.520, of July 17, 2002, regarding the institute trading. Issues relevant to this subject will be approached about the influence of the latest form of bidding in the current administrative context, showing practical aspects of advantages, such as speed and reduce bureaucracy in the bidding procedure. Furthermore, we analyze the other forms of bidding in conjunction with the basic principles of public administration and assumptions of bidding procedures.
