Estudo de criticidade e análise da disponibilidade em fábrica de utensílios domésticos na cidade de Pato Branco

Abstract

This research approach technical themes related to maintenance management, working with a known methodology in the maintenance area, approaching the availability study and the criticality criteria. This work was made in a factory of domestic utensils because it seems a need of organization in the maintenance sector. The concepts of Mean Time Between Failure, Mean Time to Repair and Availability are used to demonstrate maintenance indicators, verifying if the maintenance is effective or not. The criticality criteria can map the company’s equipment and demonstrate how to act in relation of the style of maintenance to use, corrective, preventive or predictive. It was possible to analyze that the industrial maintenance is effective, but if the organization increases the costs of maintenance can be smaller in the future.
