Abstract

In this work will be done a preliminary study on the construction of a residential condominium of price of Nova Aurora - PR, through the analysis of an office project that will be launched. The calculation basis will be based on the R8-N standard with updated installments according to the variation of the CUB-PR, and then will be compared with the estimated value of the property with the assessed value. From exchange rates, the benefit rate and the comparison with savings and investment investments are not certified.
