Método para análise da consistência do plano de segurança contra incêndio em edificações

Abstract

Currently, the Fire Safety regulations in Brazil are elaborated by each State, with different requirements between them. Observing these differences, the present monograph aimed to propose a method to analyze the consistency of fire preventive plans. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was used. The applicable safety measures were divided and analyzed considering the stages of the fire by the matrices for comparison on a par. It was then possible to obtain the priorities for the purpose of fire prevention. Finally, the model was applied in a case study using the score established within the model proposed for the states of Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Paraná and São Paulo. As a result, a classification has been obtained indicating which State tends to achieve greater effectiveness in its legislation.
