Proposta de modelo de funcionamento de uma secretaria de meio ambiente com a inclusão da participação popular

Abstract

This work was focused to address the main legal requirements that must be considered in an administrative unit of the Environment, with a focus toward shared management where the municipality acts in conjunction with the State and the Union having jurisdiction to act on environmental issues local level. It was felt that the current law work in the city and working models of an administrative unit of the environment with suggestions for the work to be developed in the best possible way in the city aimed at participation. We applied a questionnaire to check the level of participation and interest of the local population regarding environmental issues.
