Resumen
The Garbage Collector profession, like any other, makes a series of specific actions to fulfill its responsibilities. These activities are designed, questioned, evaluated and described in the form of working procedure, in order to achieve the result expected by employees, linking such a situation in the shortest time, with the use of resources, and at the same time conserving worker health. However, such work procedures need to be evaluated continuously looking for improvements in the process, since technological innovations, new ideas, among other things, can change the way of doing the job. Notwithstanding this, the Regulatory Norms, provided by the Ministry of Labour and Employment, also provide a range of relevant information that can and should interfere in the work procedures when it comes to workers' health - to reviews and questions in the pursuit of achieving excellence in work and occupational health and hygiene. This work aims at identifying the current working procedure of the profession Garbage Collector is suitable before the precepts of Occupational Safety and Hygiene provided by the Ministry of Labor and Employment through the NR and NR-6-9. The study methodology was based on literature searches, access to which priority is given by means of the Internet in gathering information relevant to the topic - found in books, news papers, historical facts, monographs and dissertations related to the topic, public cleaning entities sites, municipal sites and security organizations work sites. Another form of research used was also a field study (empirical research), to consider the actual actions performed during the workday. Such information could be conglomerates and thus consider them a single material that represents the current working procedure of the profession studied, and in turn evaluate it according to the questions of NR-6 and NR-9. The result of this analysis makes clear the need to "improve" the relationship between Company and Employee, because more than 20% of the procedure is wrong, thus allowing possible gaps in work performance for the occurrence of accidents and damage to the health of workers.
