For poultry production technology has been very important for the activity to be a more competitive and genetic industry is the basis for this growth, however the food, the facilities such as equipment, machinery, warehouses and others, which cause that this activity has become a success. The 90 was the milestone where the birds are no longer a luxury food to become a popular food because with the introduction of technology has increased the production of poultry lowering the price. So the chicken became part of the power of the Brazilians. And to increase the production of food, it is necessary to increase egg production and consequently the production of chicks. And so there is this increase in production hatcheries are of utmost importance in the poultry means and ways of incubation.
