Resumen
The work aims to address and clarify issues regarding the inclusion of children and adolescents with special needs in the regular school system in accordance with applicable laws in Brazil. Are essential and of paramount importance for this inclusion occurring interaction and development of these children and adolescents who need special care. This work is not only to show the benefits of inclusion, but also the challenges currently encountered by education, both in teaching and learning also in relation to physical space is properly suited up. Current legislation that define the special education supports and highlights the politics of inclusion in the regular education system, seeking to avoid and lessen the disadvantage and prejudice generated by society. Accordingly, the aim of this work is to show and analyze the challenges of inclusion of children with special needs in regular schools, with regard to Brazilian laws and difficulties faced in daily practice. Thus, to achieve the proposed objectives, the methodological procedure used to bibliographic search, searching results, analysis and perspective of different respected authors.
