Os impactos do sistema de informação nas organizações: uma perspectiva dos usuários do sistema Econtabil®

Abstract

Constantly the organizations search for technologies to improve their work routines, technologies that provide tools which are able to give support from operationalization to the decision-making. However, it is necessary to find a reliable and efficient application so it is possible to achieve the targets is using technology. The organizations are made by people, and turning to this, the present study aims to diagnose the benefits to the work procedure, as well as the easiness of technology use in daily activities of the users. To reach the objective of this study, it has been done the data collection through on-line survey. A questionnaire was sent to the users of Econtabil® information system, obtaining at the end of the research 31 valid questionnaires. The study has been developed in two steps, the first was based on the studies of Torkzadeh and Doll (1999) and Antonelli (2011), analyzing the individual work procedure through the Productivity constructs, Innovation, Managerial Control and Clients Satisfaction. The second step, based on Davis (1986, 1989) and Antonelli (2011), the TAM- Technology Acceptance Model- was applied and from this it was analyzed the easiness of use noticed. The analysis has shown the Productivity and the Managerial Control as having the best indexes, and, contrarily, the construct Innovation had the worst indexes. Concerning to easiness of technology use, the software had good indexes attributing easiness to the operation and to the use of technological tools.
