Fiscalização e controle de execução de revestimento cerâmico

Abstract

With the heated market of Construction must tress the importance of controlling and monitoring the implementation of finishing services thus reducing ceramic coating failures avoiding rework. The main objective is to characterize the results of quality control in the execution of the service of ceramic tiles. The method used was obtained from case study analysis of 7 (seven) midrange works within an industrial complex in São José dos Pinhais - Paraná. The procedure for quality control was based on standards of the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards, and applied forms. The results were obtained from the history of a building through forms checklist execution of ceramic tiles for walls and floors. With them was concluded that these failures can cause both aesthetic and technical problems.
