Resumen
This work presents the mechanical, electrical assembly and automation of an automatic lubrication system for reels. The trolleys pass through mechanized air transport (MAT) and these need to be lubricated in the best possible way, being feasible the automation of this process, avoiding damages to the machines and accidents at work. In order to do só, a tank was created to store the lubricant, a hydraulic pump to pressurize the lubricant to its lubrication point, piping and nozzles suitable to carry out the work, assembly of the electrical panel to command automation and the creation of logic programmable to monitor and control the entire process. This study results in uniform lubrication of the lubrication points, with a reduction in failures and human intervention, minimizing expenses, improving working conditions and offering greater safety for workers.
