Resumen
This study aims to show that through predictive maintenance of the equipment, the lifetime of the components will be longer and also the conditions to make the most of this time without unscheduled production stops avoiding losses and indicating the actual operating conditions of the equipment. Well-done predictive maintenance, which monitors the condition of the equipment, eliminates unnecessary disassembly for inspection, prevents further damage, increases confidence in its performance or even on the production line and reduces unplanned emergency work, bringing extraordinary benefits, avoiding high costs and furthermore, maintaining equipment availability as much as possible. The methods used for data collection are periodic visual inspection, oil analysis, vibration analysis, noise analysis and thermographic analysis. The HFB 130 S31 LEVEDO CENTRIFUGA was analyzed, a high criticality equipment in which availability has to be practically 100%, with the function of separating the wall from the yeast nucleus, where the nucleus is destined for human food (Food). and the wall intended for animal feed (Feed). Thus, it is concluded that in the implementation of a predictive maintenance system, there will be an initial investment in analysis and monitoring equipment, as well as in the training of specialized labor, which over time will revert in improving availability and extension rates equipment life.
