Resumen
This work has as main objective to analyze the motivational factors and desmotivacionais the behavior of members of the of the city policemen of Cotia, located in the State of São Paulo. Important concepts are discussed and result in satisfaction and dissatisfaction, motivation and morale, either positive or negative influences on the personal relationship of the individual subject, or both in the public service. The research methodology used was a qualitative study, covering theoretical, research legislation, but also has characteristics of a case study, being exploratory and qualitative research, using questionnaires, interview with the one hundred (100) 409 (four hundred and nine) civil guards. The results expose information and an overview of the level of organizational climate, which may provide adjustments to the needs of the students and the public target organization itself, in favor of society and quality of life of its employees. Also suggest that the motivation for the work, the factors that contribute most are personal and professional achievement and contribution are lower hygienic factors, compensation, organizational decisions and status at work.
