Resumen
The objective of this work is to implement an interface that simulates a Linear Time Invariant (LTI) system via a network. Thus, it will be considered one of the degenerative factors that happen frequently in information package transmissions: the delay between the information exchanges. Hence, it will be proposed an interactive environment wherein the user will be able to insert and simulate a control system subject to a time-invariant delay in order to verify the behavior of the developed control system when inserted in a real environment with such degenerative communication factors. This interface will be submitted to a simulation of a speed control system of a DC motor, proposed by Meshram and Kanojiya (2012). Then it will be inserted delays in order to verify the performance of the proposed control system as if it was inserted in a real environment. The main objective of this interface is to be an easy and freely available tool for experiments of students and researchers in the Automation and Control Engineering field.
