Resumen
In view of doubts that hover over Professional Masters and their contributions to the professional development of its participants, as well as the social contributions coming from it, a research was carried out with students who had graduated from a degree of Professional Masters in Sciences Teaching. The goal was to determine the contributions that the development of educational products can bring to the continued education of the authors. To achieve this objective, was sought to explore the currents for and against the Professional Master’s degree, trying to understand and discuss their arguments, determine in which way the educational products developed by the graduated students can contribute to the continued teacher formation and verify the limitations of the development of educational actions, according to the graduated participants. Finally, was sought to identify the profile of a teacher from a Professional Master’s Program. Therefore, an on-line questionnaire was applied and from the analysis of the responses of the graduated students of the Master’s Program, it was found that there are several contributions of the developed products by the participants from the program. However, to be successful in its use, the product must go through adaptations observing the context in which it will be applied. Another result of this research shows that the level of professional teacher autonomy is linked to the institution in which the teacher performs his practice and that after completing the Professional Master’s program, the teachers present speeches that fit the teaching profile of a reflective teacher.
