Automação de enroladeiras de bobinas de papel: um estudo de caso

Abstract

This study shows how automation resources can help solve problems during the winding process in a paraffin application machine. The study discusses problems in the quality of the coils and such problems usually arise from the control of mechanical tension applied to the material. Through the data collection process in the form of values displayed as graphs it was possible to study the behavior of the winding system, set several value parameters and analyze the results.
