Análise da viabilidade econômica de sistema residencial de aquecimento solar de água

Abstract

This research demonstrates the financial viability to install a residential solar water heating system in the city of Pato Branco-PR. Using the design method proposed by NBR 15569 (2008), taking in consideration regional characteristics it was aimed to demonstrate the functioning of all the elements that compose the solar heating system with its proper characteristics. The financial analysis is based on a deterministic approach taking in consideration installation costs, maintenance, operation and revenue generated by the system. The return risk economic indicator is also calculated considering the hurdle rate effect, to finally calculate the viability. The result obtained demonstrated that the implantation of the solar heating system is economically feasivle, since the ROIA / TMA return indicators (35,41%) and the risc indicators Payback / N (59,44%) and TMA / TIR (52,05%), indicate that the Project presentes a low-medium financial return and na medium risk.
